  • Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): ERP is the gold-standard treatment for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and is highly effective for anxiety. We work together to gradually and intentionally face the thoughts, images, or situations that trigger your distress. Instead of giving in to compulsions or avoidance, you learn to respond differently, allowing fear to naturally lose its power. This process is reinforced by CBT principles, helping you identify and shift unhelpful thinking patterns.

  • Compassion-Focused Methods: Alongside the active work of ERP/CBT, we prioritize building a kinder, more resilient relationship with yourself.
